Privacy Policy
Handling of Personal Information
To comply with personal information protection laws and to abide by other related norms, Digital Information Technologies Corporation (the “Company E has established rules and systems to ensure duties are executed in an appropriate manner based on the characteristics of the information service industry, which handles a large amount of varied information, including personal information.
As such, the Company has established the following Personal Information Protection Policy and is dedicated to carrying out and maintaining the policy.

1.The Company shall ensure that officers and all employees are aware of the importance of protecting personal information, and it shall establish, and implement and strive to continually improve a Personal Information Protection Management System in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Management Systems Requirements (JIS Q 15001:2017).

2.The Company shall comply with Japanese laws and other regulations that apply to personal information protection when handling personal information. To do so, the Company shall establish a basic policy on the protection of personal information and management rules that comply with these laws.

3.The Company shall ensure that the basic policy on the protection of personal information and management rules are known not only to officers and employees but to all persons engaged in work related to the Company. The Company shall also implement and promote continued awareness and educational activities to this end.

4.With regard to the risk of unauthorized access to, damage, tampering, loss, and leaking of personal information, the Company shall implement reasonable safety and corrective measures on organizational, personal, physical, and technical levels with consideration for information security measures such as managing access to personal information, limiting the taking of personal information outside the company, and preventing unauthorized outside access.

5.Handling of personal information—including its collection, use, and provision—shall be kept to the absolute minimum necessary in the course of business while also complying with all laws and norms on the protection of information, and use and provision of personal information shall be kept to the minimum necessary to accomplish business purpose.

6.The Company shall not use personal information collected or received directly or indirectly for any purposes other than the execution of business. Such personal information shall also be strictly managed in all its forms, including electronic data, with the storage location and person in charge of management clearly identified.

7.The Company shall not provide or disclose personal information collected or received as above to third parties except in the following situations.
- (1) Upon the consent of the person to which the personal information belongs
- (2) When disclosure is legally requested by a public institution
- (3) When providing the minimum information necessary for the execution of business to a subcontractor that has signed a non-disclosure agreement

8.When entrusting handling of personal information to a subcontractor, the Company shall monitor all subcontractors entrusted with the handling of personal information as necessary to ensure safe management, prevention of leaks, prohibition of duplication, etc. When reconsigning these duties, safety management measures shall be a mandatory part of the agreement, and compliance with agreement conditions shall be monitored as necessary.

9.The Company shall, within reason and based on designated procedures, comply with requests from those to whom personal information belongs for the disclosure, correction, and stoppage of use of personal information when required by law.

10.The Company shall regularly audit, improve, and revise its Personal Information Protection Management System. Any changes shall also be posted on the Company website for the public’s viewing.
