The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted at the 2015 General Assembly of the United Nations and introduce revolutionary attitudes toward environmental protection and economic growth on a global scale. These goals require companies Eproactive initiatives to contribute to the development and improvement of a sustainable society.
Through appropriate corporate management and by providing our products to customers, we at DIT endeavor to contribute to a sustainable society as part of our SDGs initiatives.

    WebARGUS was designed on the concept of resilience. This original cybersecurity product serves as the last line of defense in protecting websites from malicious cyberattacks.
    We have also launched DIT Security, a comprehensive security service brand that provides all-inclusive handling of corporate security risks—including increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks and information leaks—to help create a safe, secure world.

    xoBlos

    Initiatives

    xoBlos, DIT’s original business streamlining solution, brings dramatically improved efficiency to Excel-related tasks common to many companies.
    The product also offers features that go beyond normal Excel tasks, such as coordination of data from core systems and RPA operational management.
    Already in use at over 500 companies to streamline daily work processes, xoBlos has received high praise from many customers who appreciate the ability to assign personnel to more essential tasks, noting that it has become a product that they cannot work without.
    With this product, DIT will continue to contribute to making working environments more comfortable and rewarding.

    DD-CONNECT

    Initiatives

    DIT introduced the DD-CONNECT electronic contract outsourcing service to help accommodate the new lifestyle brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
    DD-CONNECT provides the entire range of services required for managing electronic contracts, from introducing services to operational support and after-sales support. In addition to contributing to reducing paper usage, it also supports work from home initiatives while also helping to develop an efficient, secure working environment.

    As stated in our corporate philosophy, one of the Company’s roles is to provide training for employees, and we believe that improving the skills and competency (individual abilities and behavioral traits that produce superior results) of our employees is essential to support our business.
    From a technical standpoint, we offer everything from pre- and post-employment training and on-the-job training to educational programs about the latest technologies, as well as certification incentives. DIT also uses a specially designed training system that considers the year the employee joined the Company and their duties.
    We also support voluntary group activities and side projects. Our goal is to enhance training opportunities so that each employee is happy that they joined DIT.

    Customer-oriented thinking is at the core of our corporate philosophy. We aim to fully comprehend the needs of customer, identify industry and market trends, and take advantage of our areas of technical specialty to offer proposals that enhance the customer’s business value.
    To achieve these goals, however, employees must be mentally and physically healthy, and to achieve this, an environment that allows them to fulfilled is essential. As such, DIT always keeps an eye on employee health and strives to improve the workplace.
    Health management initiatives include alerts to curb long working hours, guidance on improving health, and mandatory health checkups. The Company has also established specific paid leave encouragement days to make it easier for employees to take paid time off.
    We will continue to promote the development of environments that allow employees to enjoy healthy lives.

    Initiatives

    Even before the mass promotion of diversity, DIT appointed employees with proven track records to management positions regardless of age or gender, in addition to developing environments and systems that make DIT a comfortable company for women.
    We look forward to incorporating a diverse range of work styles tailored to all employees to create a comfortable working environment with opportunities for seniors, gender equality, the ability to work from home, and shortened working hours to accommodate childcare duties.

    The Company’s goal is to grow so that we can further contribute to society.
    Using technical abilities developed over the years, we also plan on contributing to achieving a sustainable society by providing systems and products that are useful in many areas of society.
